• If you have changed your mind, you may return a product within 50 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given for customised products.
  • Returned products must have all their original labels and must have their original, undamaged packaging, including the Bomboogie box.
  • You must complete the online return procedure via your account. 
  • If your return does not comply with our return policy we will not be able to accept it. We will then ship the returned products back to you without making a refund.
  • If you wish to make a return, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, will be your full responsibility. 
  • We advise you to choose a shipment that allows the traceability of the package so that you can easily monitor the status of your return, and to keep the return shipping receipt for possible later verification.
  • It is only possible to make a return when your order is in Delivered status.
  • Refunds are issued on the same payment method used to pay for your order.
  • If you paid by cash on delivery, you will be refunded by bank transfer. Please fill in the necessary bank details to issue the bank transfer.
  • Refunds are issued within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
  • Once a size change has been made, it will no longer be possible to request a new change. The new size can be returned for a refund.
  • If the package was refused on delivery due to non-payment of customs duties, these will be deducted from the refund total.
